Returns

• Returns require prior authorization from our team.

• Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, excluding original shipping charges.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Product Recalls

Products subject to an FDA or manufacturer recall will be replaced at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit will be issued. Return shipping, when required, will be covered by us.
